Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Maxthon Cloud Browser is a proprietary browser, built on the Google Chromium code base. The latest version available is Maxthon Cloud Browser 1.0.5.3 (stable), which has been recently released.

$ sudo dpkg -i maxthon-browser-stable_1.0.5.3_i386.deb

Instructions for 64 bit systems:

$ wget dl.maxthon.com/linux/deb/packages/amd64/maxthon-browser-stable_1.0.5.3_amd64.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i maxthon-browser-stable_1.0.5.3_amd64.deb

Optional, to remove Maxthon Cloud Browser 1.0.5.3, from Ubuntu, Debian and derivative systems, do:

$ sudo apt-get remove maxthon-browser-stable

Instructions for 32 bit systems:
